Mum looked on you all as friends

We would like to thank all of your lovely carers at Hallifax Care  for looking after our mum so well.. Mum saw you all as friends, she loved having a laugh and a joke in the mornings - It gave her such a lift. She was lucky to be looked after by you and we are very grateful to Hallifax Care.

It takes a special person

Thank you so much for everything you did for my parents and the love and care you showed them. My dad was a private man and was difficult to win over, but you really won him over, which was so important. It takes a special person to be a great carer and you are one of those special people.

A Ray of Sunshine

Our main carer has been brilliant, professional, personable and intuitive.  She's a real asset to your team and is a real natural in this role.  I shall miss her - she always gets my days off to a good, bright sunny start - even if the weather's rubbish!

Championing the Client's Needs

I wanted to pass my thanks for yesterday and the professionalism shown. She was able to communicate effectively and work at the pace that suited and pacified the client. She championed the client's desire to remain independent with aspects of personal care, but was mindful of both his and carer safety.

Simply the Best

Wonderful team, sad to leave them all. The care Hallifax gave me not only improved my health but quality of life too. Was always a pleasure to see them coming to me or speaking to the office. They are simply the best.
